Everything was outstanding, best staff, superb views of the mountain. The breakfast was freshly cooked, the food was savoury. The location was remote, perfect by taxi rather than minibus. Besides, we were close enough to the central El MEDANO bars, Spain and the more up-market l'Ancla restaurant downstairs.

By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in El Medano, had much fun and met very amiable and attentive staff at the reception desk. Loved the way our well laid out room with a balcony was arranged. The hotel was well-run and in a remote location short walk to El Médano. Besides, a Roman Catholic cave - shrine was 4 km away from the venue.

Extremely helpful staff and perfect location by taxi rather than minibus, everything was outstanding. The room itself was well-organised and good-sized here with a mountain view which turned out to be facing the carpark and mini fridge. The restaurant was not very far from the hotel.

Perfect and exceptionally nice location, to nearby Siam park which was amazing. Also - just next door to the Ancla restaurant downstairs and the central plaza. Pool bar in the hotel. The pool area is great too. The elegant feel of the property.

I came here for 3 nights and had a perfect stay. The personnel were highly courteous and attentive and made me feel welcome. My room was big size & huge with fresh bedding, mountain views, for example. The breakfast was freshly prepared and marvellous with great view of the bay and poorly presented, for example and the restaurant food was outstanding.
